As part of my 2020 goals, I am committing to reading 12 books by the end of the year. My reading list consists of different genres from sci-fi dystopia, professional development, fiction, memoirs and non-fiction to avoid getting bored from the same type of book. Keeping this list will help me move right into the next book instead of wondering what I’m supposed to read next, similar to how I approach my workouts. Some of these books have been on my list for awhile and others were recommended to me by friends.
Here is my 2020 reading list:
Iron Gold – Pierce BrownDark Age – Pierce Brown (in progress)Managing the Professional Service Firm – Daniel H. Maister (in progress)Educated – Tara Westover- Dear Girls – Ali Wong
- Think and Grow Rich – Napolean Hill
- The Sound of Gravel – Ruth Wariner
- Bad Blood – John Carreyrou
- The Immortalists – Chloe Benjamin
- Before I Go to Sleep – S.J. Watson

As I get through this list, I’ll cross the off the books I’ve read and mark which ones are in progress. As you can see, I’m off to a good start by completing 2 books and it’s only February!
What’s on your reading list this year? Also, if you have any recommendations, leave them in the comments!
